OPEN POSITION: Childcare Provider

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
First Congregational United Church of Christ in downtown Manhattan, KS seeks a part-time Childcare Provider to work as a part of a team, providing childcare on Sunday mornings from 9:30am-12:30pm. There are also occasional opportunities to work additional hours at special events. First Congregational is an Open and Affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ. QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for our Childcare Provider will have experience providing care for infants and young children, enjoy working with and encouraging young children, be a high school graduate or equivalent, be punctual and reliable, and have First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification. For the children’s safety, candidates are expected to comply with First Congregational Safe Church policies, including completing a background check, and be willing to have a second responsible person with them while working with children.
