Common TableIn 1998, we established the first free community meal in Manhattan. That effort eventually grew into a community-wide network of meals, now known as Common Table. We support Common Table financially and with volunteers. We encourage you to sign up for a volunteer shift if you're able. If you're interested in volunteering regularly with a team from First Congregational, please contact the church office.

Blessing BoxOur Blessing Box is located on the southwest corner of our property, right next to the parking lot. People in our community who are in need of food and personal items can stop by 24 hours a day to take what they need.

Serve on Sunday MorningsWe are a small-but-mighty congregation and it takes all of us to "Be the Church" together. We are always looking for helpers on Sunday morning - whether it's reading scripture, helping with the tech team, serving communion, shoveling snow, or more.
