Get involved at First Congregational
There are many opportunities to get involved at First Congregational. Contact the office with questions and to volunteer or join a group.
- Volunteer at Common Table
- Greet worshipers on Sunday before worship
- Attend monthly informal lunch in local restaurant
- Supply flowers one Sunday for the worship service
- Read scripture during Sunday worship
- Occasionally shovel church sidewalks in winter
- Host after-worship Fellowship one Sunday
- Participate in Crafting Group
- Serve on a board or committee
- Sing in the choir
- Play in the bell choir
- Teach Sunday school
- Various one-time events (e.g., seasonal sanctuary decorations and seasonal yard maintenance)
- Start something new
